During this time, we will discuss your reasons for stopping and
why you don't stop smoking even though you know the risks to their
health if you don't stop smoking. You will also be given tools to
take away to deal with any difficulties you may experience as a
result of having stopped. The final part of the session is a hypnosis
session to stop smoking and stay stopped so that you can leave as
a Happy Non-Smoker.
After the session, backup help is available should you need it.
